Had a lovely holiday , caravan had everything we needed , nice and peaceful location. Jeff the owner was very polite and message us to make sure everything was ok ????. Will be returning hopefully soon.

last minute booking on our part but we had no problem with the booking as Jeff made it quite simple and easy for us we were glad we chose this one as it is in a lovely spot in a quiet part of the park loved the decking as did our dog. Loved the big shower cubicle which was welcome also the large tv. Access to the beach is less than 5 mins walk away which we were impressed with as when the tide is in it was like a little secluded cove with lovely golden sand. The facilities were really good as there is something for everybody we all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this caravan to anybody considering booking a holiday at this park.

What a wonderful clean tidy comfortable well equipped caravan, stayed here 7th to 11th July 2025 lovely quiet peaceful location but still in easy reach of the main complex where everything you needed could be found i.e massive children's play area including climbing frames, splash area, Wetherspoons, Burger King , Evening entertainment Bar just to mention a few of the facilities

Caravan was clean and everything you needed was in a quieter part of the site with good size decking for dogs or small kids would rent again

Great well equipped caravan with veranda and table and chairs in a quieter part of the park but a 2 minute walk to bus stop that takes you to the main complex or Cleethorpes centre. Thank you.

We have just returned from a Mon-Fri at Jeff's caravan and have had a wonderful week. We brought 3 children (12,12,9) and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room. Jeff was very helpful with everything and gave us a call as we arrived to let us know where everything was and to go through some things we would need to know, He is very responsive to messages. The caravan was very clean and had everything we needed, we had nice weather so sitting outside on the decking on the lovely cushioned outdoor seating was perfect. The caravan is located in a quiet area of the park about 15 minutes walk to the main centre, which was never an issue for us and the kids had brought scooters anyway. I would definitely recommend this caravan and we are looking to return again next year.

We had a brilliant week in a beautiful well equipped caravan. Everything we needed was there and it's pet friendly. The wildlife was grt to see from patio area including a friendly fox.

A lovely caravan in a quiet spot. Well equipped, lovely to have a proper airer and full size ironing board. Beds incredibly comfy. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival and the owner is very attentive.

Recently stayed in here for a long weekend break. The caravan was situated on a really nice, quiet part of the park, but was still only a 2 minute walk away from the on site shop. On arrival the caravan was really clean. You could smell the fresh bedding! Had everything we needed and more. Lovely big windows made it feel nice and bright. The owner was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again. 5* stay!
