I would highly recommend hiring this caravan. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The van itself is right next to the Great Yarmouth Race Course (Horses) so you can sit on the caravan's balcony and watch the horses whizz by. Location on the actual site is also ideal as it's not far from the swimming pool, restuarant and amusements. If I come back to Haven Seashore, I will be looking to rent this van again.

We stayed at Phils caravan for a week and have to say it is the best caravan we have ever stayed in! (We do caravan holidays every year), the caravan was very clean, well equipped, loved that it had a big fridge freeze with ice and water dispenser, a washing machine & dishwasher! When we arrived the lock on the bathroom door was broken but after contacting Phil straight away he got the lock sorted as soon as he could which we was impressed with. The price of the caravan was very reasonable too compared to what some people ask for! Overall we was extremely happy & will happily stay again in the near future.

Owner was easily contactable and gave hints and tips prior to visit. Lovely clean caravan and the proximity to the race course was super giving us great views of the racing from the decking. Excellent location on park for beach and the bar & restaurant close by which is decent. Very clean with reliable WiFi and amazing American style fridge freezer.

I can not fault this beautiful caravan at all! It has everything you need, with the added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms are big, the location of the caravan is perfect as it's in a lovely quiet spot, with the race course right on your doorstep and the Coast House and swimming literally round the corner. The entertainment is a short walk from the caravan but not too far at all. Phil was very helpful and even gave me a call before the holiday date to make sure all was OK, and to point out a few bits. I would highly recommend booking this caravan, and we will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Just returned from an excellent 10 day holiday in this first class caravan. Phil (owner) was very helpful from our first enquiry to our stay in his caravan. First of all the caravan was in a great location overlooking the racecourse and the sun was on the wrap round decking until the sun set in the evening. Very handy for the on site facilities. Phil’s caravan is spotless and very well kitted out. Three bedrooms and the double room has an en-suite toilet and sink. There is also a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen has a washer dryer, dish washer and an American style fridge freezer with on tap cold water / ice cubes and crushed ice. The living room was very comfortable and the bonus of having the optional WiFi connection. The living room opens out to the huge wrap round decking via full size patio doors. I would highly recommend Phil’s caravan to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely caravan and look forward to another holiday if you have availability in the very near future.

A great luxury caravan which has everything you need for self catering holiday the washer/dryer a must with 4 children, its in a great location close to all Haven Seashore has to offer, 2 mins walk to the indoor water park and onsite restaurant, your on the beach in 3 mins and only 5 mins walk to the main complex & shop. we had a great holiday made better by staying in this caravan.

Such a lovely spacious caravan, A home from home, The best caravan I have stayed in!! Comfortable sofas. Dish washer a must, So convenient. Best of all such a nice owner. Enjoyed our holiday, and we are definitely going to book again.
