Had a wonderful stay in this immaculate caravan. Fully equipped with everything we could have needed and spotlessly clean. Perfect for our family in a lovely quiet area of the park, we would definitely stay again.

Spotless caravan with wifi, Netflix etc we couldn't have picked a better caravan if we tried. Situated in a nice quiet Area of the park away from the main complex. Great communication throughout with the owners definitely 5*

Thank you for a beautiful home from home caravan. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Location was great and very quiet. We visited Eden Camp and Scarborough which were recommendations amongst the leaflets in the caravan.we took a stroll along the beach to Filey, which was lovely. The entertainment in the club house was amazing!!! Will definitely be back again.

Our visit to primrose valley was brilliant my niece really loved it. Caravan was clean and lovely. Everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Best caravan we have every stayed in. Had everything you would need. The TV and Netflix were brilliant when it was a rainy night in. Great area of the park and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week at Lisa and Steve’s caravan. It was very modern and clean and had everything we needed. Loads to do on site at Primrose Valley and off site too. Flamingo Land is well worth the day trip to Malton for. Scarborough beach if the weather ia good too. I would defo recommend their caravam to anyone looking to stay at this site.

The caravan is exactly as described by the owners, it was very clean and they provided all the essentials needed even dish washer tablets. We found the owners very helpful and would highly recommend this caravan. I cannot comment on the site as we chose not to buy the passes or use the amenities on site. We found plenty to do around Scarborough and had a great holiday

Booking was very easy as I liked being able to see the availability and prices online, and ability to book online with instant confirmation was perfect. The information from the owners (Steve & Lisa) was very clear and helpful, and they sent/responded to emails very quickly. The caravan is beautiful and was spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi code was also given so was able to take our 'Alexa' and log into our Netflix/Disney account which was fab. I didn't realise the caravan had a dishwasher (!) even though I have since seen that that it is included in the description - so perhaps take extra dishwasher tablets if you intend to use this - washing up liquid, tea towel, toilet roll and hand wash in each bathroom were provided, and there was kitchen foil and cling film in the kitchen drawers :-) The caravan is on a cul-de-sac in a lovely quiet area of the park, perfect for our daughter to scoot around and look for the rabbits and ducks that came to say hello! It wasn't too far to walk to either the Lake-House or the Mash & Barrel. Went to the Lake-House (didn't need to book, although may need to at busier times) while daughter played on park area. We really enjoyed our half-term mid week break, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to Steve & Lisa's lovely caravan in the future. Thank you for having us!

We have just returned from a long weekend break in Lisa and Steve’s beautiful caravan. The caravan has everything you need, the wifi and Netflix was a hit with the kids. Everything was immaculate and we will definitely return soon. Lisa was very helpful and also very quick to respond to my queries prior to our stay. Would highly recommend.
