Our 3rd stay here. This caravan suits all our needs. Its in a quiet location but handy for the entertainment complex and the shuttle bus to Mablethorpe. The ensuite in the bedroom is an added bonus. The caravan is always clean on arrival and well maintained

Had a lovely stay at Golden Sands the caravan was lovely and clean…bigger then expecting, The girls loved having a bedroom each and the veranda to sit on.. The caravan is situated in a quiet place away from the main area but only a few minutes walk to all amenities shop n eating places. Lee kept us informed when the van was ready which was early so was an added bonus. I would certainly go back and would recommend to family and friends.

5* Caravan spotlessly clean with everything you need! We particularly liked the quiet location of this caravan (but still less than 5 minutes to all facilities). Children thoroughly enjoyed the activities and outdoor pool. Beach is stunning and well worth walking a few extra minutes to find your own private spot ????. Excellent communication from the owner throughout and can’t wait to return!

We arrived for a 5 days stay as a family of 5 and two dogs. The caravan was absolutely perfect for us. So spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and had no problems for the whole stay. The site has everything you need for a family and has great evening entertainment for the kids. I would highly recommend this caravan and would definitely book again. Thanks for a lovely stay..

We found the caravan to be spotlessly clean and well stocked with all the kitchen essentials you would need. It was a real home from home - very comfortable and cosy, and in a really good peaceful location on the site. The booking process and communication with Lee and Mandy was very easy and they provided all the information in an efficient and timely manner. The site itself was also very clean and the staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. If we went back to Golden Sands in Mablethorpe, which we are likely to, we will book this caravan again.

The caravan was fine and looked like the photographs posted. First impressions were good but it was quite basic compared to others we have stayed at for a similar cost. There were curtains but they were incredibly thin. We had to put towels up at the window in my daughter’s room to stop her waking at sunrise. The pitch was very muddy as there were only a few flags rather than a proper parking place. This meant the front wheels of our car sank into the grass. This wasn’t a problem in other areas of the park as proper parking had been provided. The position of the caravan isn’t great. It is near to the main building but It is very close to the maintenance compound and main bin store. This area was busy during the day with staff vehicles coming and going. The appliances (TV, oven) were quite low quality and didn’t work brilliantly well. Oven took ages to cook and was small and TV had poor reception. However, The layout of the caravan was quite good and the caravan was warm. I would stay at golden sands again but we would choose a different caravan.

Will definately recommend this caravan to family and friends had a great time although the weather wasnt the best. Caravan was spotless and have everything needed for the kitchen. Plenty of room didnt feel cramped, roomy shower. All being well will be back again next year. Ownerrs made it very easy for us to book, Thank you.

The caravan was really lovely, spotless & had everything we needed. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather so it was great having the veranda with gate it meant we could leave caravan door open whilst we were in & our dog could go in and out but was secure. We did experience a small problem with tv signal but I contacted Lee & within a short time he’d sent maintenance out & it was soon sorted it, he was very helpful. The caravan park is in a lovely spot, just over the road (10 min walk) is the beach which was so quiet & went on for miles. We did not use the site facilities so cannot comment on this, but appeared to be very well equipped & had lots to do for families. I would highly recommend the caravan. Thank you Lee & Mandy ????

Great few days away . Caravan was spotless , beds all made up on arrival and all the utensils we needed . Lovely enclosed veranda on the side with seating and a gate so we could leave the door open and our dog was safe . Great communication from owners . Would definitely stay here again . Thank you

I would highly recommend this caravan, booking made very easy thanks to Lee’s quick response on any question. The caravan is only a short distance away from all amenities but in a very quiet location. On arrival the caravan was spotless clean with beds made up, well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Definitely 5 star would love to stay again next year.Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great weekend in this amazing caravan with extented family and older children. The caravan was spotlessly clean and well equipped felt like home. The booking from start to finish was faultless lots of communication. And a balcony with gate to keep our wandering springer spaniel safe. Can't wait till we can return again.

Lovely caravan and spotlessly clean. Set in a quiet area of the Haven site, but a short walk to the main complex. We especially liked the space in the master bedroom. I felt confident in this booking as Lee kept me fully informed throughout. Will definetely be coming back

This caravan was perfect for our family. Its on a lovely plot, with a nice view out of the living room window and a 2 minute walk to the main area of the park. The caravan itself was extremely clean and modern with a great veranda, perfect for sitting out and also safe for dogs. Lee and Mandy were wonderful. The booking process was simple with great communication and when I had any questions about bedding (which is supplied) or Tesco delivery (which can be delivered directly to the caravan) they always responded very quickly. We will definitely be returning again.

This was the nicest caravan that I’ve stayed in, and such great value too. Spotlessly clean, great facilities, perfect location and a lovely decking area to have a coffee in the morning or to bathe in the sun when back in the van after a day at the beach. Stayed for 4 nights with young children, caravan was clean and spacious and also had everything we needed and in a great location on the park. Owners made everything easy from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a cheap week away with the kids.

We had a brilliant holiday at Golden Sands which was made so easy right from booking to the finish. Great communication from Amanda. The caravan is in a lovely quiet pitch on site and was very clean and looked after. Easy access to the beach and easy to walk into Mablethorpe with plenty for all the family. We have just returned from an amazing stay in Griffs Haven! We were a group of 7 ranging in age from 60's to 15, plus 2 dogs. The caravan was spotless on arrival with beds made up for us. Mandy and Lee are always contactable and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know in the run up to our stay. The park itself is great for all ages, and we were made up to find out there was a secure dog park, with agility equipment, where we could safely let our 2 dogs off for a good run! The caravan is in an ideal location, just a couple of mins walk to the main entertainment/amusements/shops etc but also in a quiet area with a lovely view. The decking area with seating is a godsend for those with dogs, which is what I was looking for on booking. We could safely leave the caravan door open while the dogs chilled outside. Overall we all had a fantastic stay and I will definitely contact Griffs haven next time we want to return!

We had a fabulous break! What a lovely caravan, great layout and very comfortable. Cleaned to a high standard and everything you need was there! A Great view from the lounge area, private and not overlooked. We enjoyed having our morning cuppa on the lovely outdoor seating. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to visiting again. We stayed in Mandy and Lee's Caravan Easter hols 2022. It is immaculate! Brand new this season, decking, patio furniture we had a lovely stay. The location on the park is great. Nice and quiet (Even though we went during the Easter hols!) Although if you want a bit more action you can take a minutes walk to the main complex and enjoy all the facilities. They were great to deal with. Lovely time and we will be returning again.

My husband and I took two of our teenage Granddaughter s here with my daughter and my other teenage Granddaughter to follow later in the week, the Caravan was lovely it was spotlessly clean and everything we needed beds were made up which for me was a bonus, it was 5mins walk from the entertainment ,shop and reception, just outside the gate and across the road is the beach, and a short drive you have the town, The owners of the Caravan were very helpful also,Thank you Lee and Mandy for a lovely break away
