When entering the caravan we were hit with awful smell of dogs. The caravan hadn't been cleaned properly dog hair was all in the bedrooms and all over the sofas. The carpet was covered in think dog hair we had to borrow a vacuum cleaner from the neighbours because the vacuum cleaner in are caravan was clogged up with dog hair. All the throws on the sofa had to be removed as they stank of dog. We spent 2 hours of are holiday cleaning the caravan we will not be staying here again.

Reply: Hi, thank you for your review of your stay at the caravan. As a good will gesture we refunded you £70 for the first night of your holiday due to the inconvenience caused. This was something that has never happened before and was unfortunately a miss communication with the cleaners. As you could see in the guest book at the caravan there has been no other issues with other guests within the 2 seasons that the caravan has been hired out. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We had a lovely break away for half term, my young twins loved the caravan the toys was very helpful to keep them entertained, the hair chair was perfect saved us bringing second one, kids loved wifi was able to watch there kids programs, lovely caravan will definitely be booking again thank you for a lovely stay

We had a great few days away. The caravan is in a great location and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The caravan was well equipped and the teenagers loved the WiFi. An added bonus was 2 smart TVs with Apple TV and Netflix. I would have no hesitation about booking again.
