Lovely caravan very clean and tidy with all the bedding and towels provided.Grate area on site lots to do with the beach a short walk from the caravan.

Lovely caravan. No complaints about this. Was missing a tin opener however there were plenty of places to purchase one. Emailed the owner prior to arrival regarding park access passes however the owner didn't respond to this. Unfortunately we were unable to access the park facilities without passes, these were £15 per adult and £10 per child which wasn't stated in the information. As mentioned to the caravan owner this would not have been a problem if this was stated OR if my email was responded to.

One of the previous guests had vomited on the bed in one of the double bedrooms. The smell on the quilt, linen and mattress made the bedroom unusable. We requested new bedding which we were told was supplied by the cleaner on the second day, this was an outright lie. A new quilt and pillows were thrown into the caravan on day 4 knocking over a drink, the bed was not made The mattress still smelt which made the bedroom still unusable. The following day the smell of the mattress was ok. So 3 out 0f 5 nights my adult son had to sleep on the settee. The owner initially seeming to agree a refund of £200 saying she had contacted the booking site to arrange this, subsequently after a complaint was raised she claimed the issue had been dealt with the best it could and refused any refund Absolutely appalling service

I will definitely book again. In such a great caravan park. Beach is just across the road. Absolutely amazing. No faults fount at all. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Lovely clean caravan. Great location to explore nearby areas. Good facilities, younger kids loved the swimming pool on site. We didn't go to any entertainment so can't comment on that. Would book again. Thank you
