Description

. This is a beautifully presented and modern and well-appointed 3 bedroom Delta Empress beach-themed caravan, is located conveniently just a short walk from the entertainment centre but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep. Free Wifi .The décor is modern & contemporary.. It is situated on a grassed area with it's own private parking/driveway. The price listed is for the hire of the caravan only.Passes to the pool and entertainment are not included but are reasonably priced and will need to be purchased on arrival. Other facilities on offer such as crazy golf - all available at an additional charge. There is an amusement arcade and Bar and restaurant, a launderette, a supermarket, and takeaway serving fish and chips and pizza, etc.

The caravan is double-glazed and has a spacious lounge area with a feature electric fire, and a shower room with a basin and toilet. There is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (guests can push the single beds together to make a double if desired) & an additional fold-out double bed in the lounge. The caravan can accommodate up to 8 people. It is equipped to a high standard and offers a 43" flat screen TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs, radio/CD player. There is also a PS2 games console with a selection of games. The kitchen which has a full-sized oven & hob & full-sized fridge/freezer and has been very well stocked with a kettle, 4-slice toaster, George Foreman health grill, microwave and cafeteria. Various sized plates, glasses and serving dishes and a variety of cooking utensils are provided. Guests with younger children will also find a selection of plastic plates, bowls and tumblers, a bed guard & high chair at no extra cost.

Outside, you will find a good grassed area. There is on-road parking right outside the caravan on its own private driveway. Gas & electric is included in the price. The caravan is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

The holiday park is located right across the road from a large sand & pebble beach. The town of Prestatyn, with shops, pubs and restaurants, is a 4-minute drive from the entrance of Lyons and Rhyl 5 minutes the other way. Pillows and quilts are provided. Bedding is provided with sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases. Guest will need to bring their own towels and tea towels.

We have just arrived back home after a long weekend away at Robin Hood. The caravan was superb. Very fast correspondence from the beginning. Perfect pitch close to the entertainment and on site facilities. Cannot fault our experience. Will definately be booking this caravan again. Thanks so much to Janet.

Homely, Spacious, clean and well kept. Excellent fast communication and information given. Deposit returned within a day of leaving. 5 adults, 1 baby, 1 toddler and a 9 year old and everyone was happy. Onsite Internet avaliable , gaming console, dvds, highchair, travel cot, bed guard everything you could possibly need... We did a food shop on arrival, No food items are kept in the van (including sugar, teabags, salt+pepper ect so you will need those if you wish to turn up and unpack with a cuppa! Iron, hairdryer, heater fan, toilet roll and cleaning products all provided. The shower and instant hot water was perfect! Thank you for allowing are stay at such short notice and we will definitely visit again! ????

Stayed at this caravan with a couple of girl friends and our children, from age 2-10. We had an absolutely fab time. The caravan is spacious enough for 8 people and in a good location with more than enough space for 2 cars. Lovely grassed area and bench/table. The caravan was equipped with well everything you would need, we took hand wash, washing up liquid kitche roll bits like that. But it was all already there which was very helpful, highchair, cot, games, computer/console. The kids had a fab time. Booking process was fab, communication was again very good and extremely prompt deposit refund. Would definitely recommend and definitely book again! Thank you for a lovely break!

I would highly recommend this caravan and owner. The caravan was very spacious - very important for us as we have four children! Everything we could possibly need was included in the price, microwave, bed guard, bedding and even some cleaning products. Janet has been very quick for replying to us and send us the deposit back very quickly with no problems. I would highly recommend

Janet responded to very quickly to emails. On arrival the caravan was very clean and had a lovely homely feel to it. There was plenty of cleaning products available to use, and the kitchen was was supplied with everything that you need during your stay. There is a range of DVD's and also a PlayStation. Also, included is a high chair and also a travel cot. Janet has certainly thought of it all. I would highly recommend staying at this caravan, as you will not be disappointed by the high standed of the caravan and the service received.

All bookings require a £75 refundable security bond against damages. This will be refunded 5 days after departure, pending no damages. (we do not charge for small items such as the odd plate or cup). All lettings must include a responsible adult of at least 25 years. Please Note. There is a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy at this caravan.

Q. What happens to monies paid if the site closes or the break is cancelled due to Government Covid restrictions?
A. All monies paid will be refunded, or customers are given the option to move the booking to another available date (subject to price differences).
