Welcome! Thank you for visiting our page we are really excited to share our holiday home with you and hope we can help make your holiday experience extra special. We take pride in keeping the condition and cleanliness to a very high standard. We are so pleased to advertise the caravan and want you all to enjoy what we can offer and make happy memories and hope you will book with us. Obviously this is a new listing so we don't have any reviews yet and the first family to stay in the caravan will be the first to use everything we have provided all brand new. We are very approachable and can always discuss and cater for your needs, also not all the prices shown are set and we will be doing some special offers for you to watch out for. Please contact us for anything else we can help with. Most importantly, wherever you decide to book and stay, enjoy your holidays and stay safe.

Description

Caravan for hire on Lyons Robinhood Holiday Park located in Rhyl, North Wales.

Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, opposite Rhyl Golf Club and easy access to both Rhyl and Prestatyn. 30 miles from Snowdonia.

The caravan classed in silver range, sleeps 8 people, it has 3 bedrooms (1 Double master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms as well as a double pull out bed in the lounge area).

Recent refurbishment including Laminate flooring, brand new upholstery seating area. All mattresses brand new

Decorated to a modern high standard making the interior of caravan feel brand new.

Discounts available, for emergency services/blue light card holders and also UK Armed Forces/Veterans (ask for more details).

Wi-Fi, Central heating, parking, shower/toilet, second toilet, a beautiful, modern interior!

Large Lounge Area. Gas fire heated, L shaped seating area with pull out double sofa bed for use as a sleeping area.

40" TV. (Bedding not provided for the pull out bed)

Dining Area. L shaped seating area with brand dining table and additional stools.

The Kitchen. Fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and eat meals, (utensils, pots, pans, cups & glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, a verity of baking trays, Gas Hob & Grill / Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and 75/25 split Fridge Freezer.

The Shower Room, has a Toilet, Sink, shower. (Unfortunately due to hygiene we do NOT PROVIDE BATH TOWELS). There is also a second toilet within the caravan.

(Mattress protectors on all beds.) All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers
Master Bedroom Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, electric heater. Pillows and double duvet Provided additional charges may apply for linen.

Bedroom 2 Twin bedroom with 2 x single beds and a clothes cupboard. Pillows and 2 x Single duvets provided.

Bedroom 3 Twin bedroom with 2 x single beds and a clothes cupboard. Pillows and 2 x Single duvets provided.

Directly outside the caravan is a grassed area with room for parking

Park Passes. Passes to use all the park amenities are available at reception for a cost. or depending on you stay and needs can be supplied and waiting for you on your arrival.

Excellent stay, Ben managed to get us in the van super last minute, Literally emailed at 3pm, arrived at 5pm! Bed made on arrival, clean, tidy van awaited us. Love this site, and will not hesitate to book with him again. Great host, thanks again!

Any private payment you make to the owner (e.g. bank transfer) will not be protected. If you choose to do this, you are unable to claim on our Payment Protection Guarantee if your booking and stay is unable to be completed. Your monies could be lost, and the police and your bank may not be able to recover any of your payments. Do not put yourself at risk. Owner's booking terms

We ask for a £75 - £175 booking / damages deposit to secure your dates a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your stay.

This will be refunded back to you within 7 days of check out after satisfactory inspection, the cost of any repairs or damages will be deducted. If you cancel your booking this will not be refunded then the £100 deposit is then NON-REFUNDABLE (except if the park closes due to government guidelines).

If the holiday start date is less than 4 weeks from booking exceptions can be made depending on your needs, then the full amount plus the damages deposit must be paid.

Check In/Out- Normal check in time of 4.pm allowing time for the caravan to be deep cleaned.
Check out is at 10.00am on day of departure. Keys will be in a key safe at the caravan, the code will be sent the day of your arrival. On departure, the keys should be left in the Key safe and securely locked. If the key is NOT returned then this will be deducted from you deposit. ...Show less
