We have just returned from a lovely few days at Hafan Y Mor. The caravan was honestly spotless and you can tell the owners take pride in looking after their caravan. There isn’t a single thing we could fault, they were so quick to reply to messages aswell. We were sent a document containing all the information we needed for our stay which was really helpful. I can highly recommend anyone to book and stay in this lovely caravan, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you :)

Stayed in caravan weekend 6/9 June .The caravan was absolutely spotless one the best we've stayed in .It had everything in it U needed .It was dog friendly but it smelt amazing.The owners were great to get in touch with and replied to any questions.We would definitely recommend it and we will definitely be booking again.

Just came back from the most amazing Easter weekend away with the family. This caravan was absolutely fabulous!!! The location was perfect not to far from the entertainment and all the day time activities, I had a little one with me (18 months old) he walked from the caravan to the entertainment one night that's how good the location is! The caravan itself was fantastic, on arrival the smell of the caravan was amazing so fresh! The cleanliness of the caravan was really good! The facilities inside the caravan we could not fault! Coffee machine, WiFi and the air fryer was such an added bonus! Beds where all made up so fresh. When I say I can not fault the place I really can't! And then to top it of the owners where absolutely amazing! The customer service from them was excellent, they sent us updates on free activities what where happening like Easter egg hunts etc and times on when and where they where taking place! They answered any questions I had absolutely lovely people! Thank you so much for making our family Easter holiday one to remember! I can't wait to come back!

We really had a lovely time in this beautiful caravan. Everything was looked after with Everything you could need in a home from home. Really close to all the amenities but still peaceful. The owners were fantastic and we found wifi and facilities fantastic. 5 stars will definitely stay here again

Absolutely great holiday everything you need just like home from home bathrooms great kids loved having teles in bedrooms and watching Netflix would recommend as couldn't have asked for anymore

So pleased we came across this caravan for hire for our October half-term break. The caravan was perfect, super clean and everything was ready for our break when we arrived. The beds were really comfortable and the youngest loved the TV in her bedroom. The bathroom facilities were perfect, the shower was the best shower I have ever used in a caravan, great temperature and super powerful. Having the two toilets was excellent. The caravan was well equipped with everything you would need for a great break. We had one minor issue which was to do with the Haven site electricity and the owners responded within 5 minutes and Haven arrived within 20 minutes. amazing service. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be booking again soon.

Derek was absolutely fabulous and so easy to Deal with when sorting out the caravan. He answered all our questions and was extremely accommodating. A pleasure to deal with. The caravan itself is absolutely perfect, in a quiet cul de sac on mountain view, literally a minute’s walk to the playground and all the amenities. We will definitely be booking with Derek again, thank you!

Stayed here for a few days with my children and had an excellent time. From the moment I enquired Derek quickly responded to all my questions and was very helpful and down to earth making the experience of booking privately and not through Haven itself, that much more reasurring and the experience a positive one, the caravan was lovely and the beds were actually more comfortable than my own at home. The caravan had everything we needed and more and we felt very much home from home. We can not wait to book again and will be doing so hopefully for summer. Highly reccomend !

Had a fabulous weekend stay with the kids, the caravan was very clean and there was enough room for everyone to chill in the evening, watch TV or study at the table (that time of year). The weather was great so we went to the beach each day after a morning swim and play in the rapids, the caravan was close to the activities and the shop so we could easily book things to do at the hub and get stuff for lunch and picnics. It was also a short walk to the entertainment and the arcades in the evening, the kids tried their best to beat me at the fair ground games :D Derek is a great host and everything went smoothly. Would definitely book again :)

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday staying in this caravan. Derek is a very helpful and courteous owner. The caravan was spotlessly clean when we arrived and smelled wonderful. It has a large lounge with comfy seating, tv with free view. The bedrooms are a good size and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is a bonus. The caravan is in brill location, very quiet and very central, a short walk from all the amenities. We will definitely book and stay again.

Absolutely amazing service from First making contact with derek to us leaving the caravan today. Prompt at replying to messages, nothing to much trouble. Caravan is home from home and in an excellent position on site. The site is so big and the caravan is situated in a fantastic location, far enough but close enough to everything . The kids did most of the activities on site, we ate out and the food could not be faulted and very reasonably priced. The caravan has everything we needed, great having 2 bathrooms with 2 girls! The shower was really good unlike some you get with no pressure. The settee and beds were comfy & it was all very clean. Thank you derek we will be booking again.

We have recently returned from a week's stay in this lovely caravan. It was modern, spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Conveniently situated in a quiet cul-de-sac yet near to all facilities and scenic walks. Communication with Derek, the owner, was first class in every respect and we would have no hesitation in recommending this caravan.

This has been our second stay here, it's such a lovely caravan. It's perfectly situated in a quiet part of the site but within a few minutes walk to the attractions and a ten minute stroll to the beach. It's spotlessly clean with a spacious living/dining area and beds are really comfortable. Shower is excellent and kitchen has everything you need. We're already looking at staying again later on this year and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Highly recommended, it's lovely.

We've just returned from a weekend break 16-19th October and have had a wonderful time. The caravan far exceeded our expectations and was spotless. The lounge is spacious and the pictures really don't do it justice. The flame effect fire and night light of an evening make it warm and cosy plus instant central heating throughout so nowhere was cold in these autumn/winter months. Full sized gas cooker, fridge and every other home from home gadget there. Two toilets and a power shower which was fabulous. The caravan itself is located at the bottom of Mountain View and is literally footsteps away from the park but based on a small cul-de-sac out of the way so there was never any noise. Highly recommended and we can't wait to return. Thank you!

We stayed in this caravan over the bank holiday weekend with our two young children. The caravan was spacious and was located in a great position on the site. Close to the park which the children loved and to all the other amenities. Definitely a great choice on this Haven site.

Lovely caravan in a great spot it has everything you need, highly recommend. We wished that we could have stayed longer. Derek is a great host making sure that everything was ok on arrival. We will be back!

Caravan is in a great location and spotlessly clean has everything you need inside and beds comfy. Very reasonably priced for 4 nights. The owner Derek texted me on the day to say the caravan was ready a bit earlier for us which was a great help, meant we go could straight there on arrival and unpack. We have had great weather as well always a bonus, great holiday thank you.

Absolutely loved our stay , the caravan was immaculate inside , so relaxing as everything you could possibly need was there , I would highly recommend this caravan to anybody looking for a van in pristine condition oh and the televisions in 2 of the bedrooms was a bonus great if you have children , we will definitely be staying here again , great prices beats most of the caravans on the site for this high tastefully designed caravan in fact it’s been the best and cheapest you will find , so I thankyou both for a wonderful holiday , and I will be booking again very soon

We got back from my holiday two weeks ago. We stayed for a week in this loverly caravan it was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. It is in a very good position close to everything Derik was amazingly helpful sorting things out for us. Very good price for a caravan of this quality would defiantly use again

Booked as a last minute get away with my friend and our young children. The booking process was easy and Derek was very friendly and helpful on the phone. The caravan location on park was ideal, close enough to everything but a quiet location for the children to play. The caravan itself was spotless and faultless. I struggled to work the electric fire upon arrival so phoned the owner who was more than accommodating and within 20 minutes two maintenance people arrived to assist (it turned out i was not pressing the correct buttons...oops) but the fact Derek did not mind me calling him at 8pm on a Friday night was above and beyond expectation for customer service. Our stay was a welcome break and escape from reality. We are already looking at rebooking for next year.

I can honestly say the best caravan we have stayed in and we have stayed in lots. Ready for us earlier than we were expecting, exceptionally clean and set in a brilliant location 2 mins from the centre my 9 and 11 yr old could go off to play football without us having to worry they would get lost on the way back. Close to all other amenities. Owner Derek was amazing start to finish, it was our first holiday booking direct with an owner and because Derek made it so easy we will definitely do it again. Would we go back to stay in this caravan 100% yes..

Brilliant caravan. Very spacious. Very clean.. just like brand new. Excellent communication with Derek the owner who was very helpful. Caravan in a brilliant quiet location but only a short 2 minute walk to all the main attractions. Only 5 minute walk from the beach too if you go past the chalets at the far end of the park. Would highly recommend as we are already looking into if we can fit another holiday in in this caravan for 2018.

Hired this caravan from Derek and Sharon for a week in May after viewing an awful lot of caravans. For us this caravan stood out because its a new model, very reasonable in price and could accommodate our family of 6. The caravan itself is in excellent condition and has everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. The caravan is located in a quiet area and just a short walk to the mini market and mash and barrel pub, also there is a aerial activity area not far from the caravan as well as boat hire and kart hire. The indoor swimming pool and arcade area is a little longer to walk but only took around 5-7 mins. I've spoken to Derek on the phone before my trip and he's and excellent fella and very helpful. Would highly recommend this caravan
