Nestled within the heart of Kelling Heath, this dog-friendly property offers an idyllic setting where guests can truly unwind while being just a short distance from the park’s village square.

Situated on the 5* Kelling Heath site with over 300 acres of heath and woodland to explore, a dedicated Dark Skies field, health suite, village square and pub.

Surrounded by mature trees and thriving wildlife, Woodleigh blends seamlessly into its natural environment, providing a real sense of tranquillity. One of its standout features is the spacious private decking, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a evening drink while watching the park’s resident wildlife wander by. From deer and rabbits to a variety of birdlife, nature lovers will be in their element as they soak up the sights and sounds of this unique woodland haven.

Woodleigh is entered from the side decking where the front door welcomes you into the ample sized kitchen and lounge. The lounge offers a large sofa and armchair, easily seating 4 guests comfortably. There is a TV, coffee table and storage for any holiday essentials such as games and books.

The kitchen is perfectly suited to make home cooked meals after a busy day exploring and is equipped with a gas hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and utensils. The small dining area has seating for 4 people. From the kitchen there is a corridor which gives access to the 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. The family bathroom offers a shower, WC and wash basin.

The master bedroom is a light space with plenty of wardrobe space and shelving. It accommodates a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash basin.

The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds and cupboard space.

Woodleigh which has a lovely plot with large decking and plenty of meandering wildlife. with shrubs and surrounding trees. There is sufficient parking for 1 car and more on the street around the plot. There is a side deck with outside furniture and a bbq for guests to use.

Dogs are accepted at Woodleigh, please enquire if you would like to bring more than 1.
The Village Square is just a 1 minute walk away.

Private Parking for multiple cars is available.
Linen and Towels are included.
WiFi is not offered at the van but available in the village square free of charge.
