Sleeping 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, Tree Tops is a secluded and generously sized property situated on one of the most private plots within Kelling Heath. A property like no other with elevated woodland vistas and access to an abundance of wildlife enjoyed at the park.
Tree Tops presents an ideal retreat for couples, families, or small groups seeking a peaceful escape to relax and appreciate life’s simpler pleasures. In the summer months, guests can unwind on the decking while taking in the tranquil woodland valley with a refreshing beverage in hand. During winter, the spacious lounge, with its double patio doors, offers a cosy vantage point to enjoy the outdoor scenery in comfort.
Enter Tree Tops via the newly built porch which is perfect for muddy boots, umbrellas, coats and doggy items after a long day exploring.
From the porch walk into the well sized kitchen/diner/lounge which looks out onto the elevated decking amongst the trees. Bliss!
The kitchen has everything guests need to cook homemade meals for the family in, addition to an Air Fryer and Nespresso machine. There is an oven, gas hob, microwave, kittle, toaster, fridge/freezer as well as a dining table and seating for 4/5 guests in the dining area.
The lounge boasts a Smart TV, comfy corner sofa, side tables with lamps as well as an electric fire and media unit. The living area overlooks the rear decking and boasts a wonderful elevated woodland view.
From the living space the hallway takes guests through to the family bathroom, twin bedrooms and main king size bedroom with WC ensuite.
The main bedroom is a great size with fitted wardrobes, a chest of draws and extra storage space above the bedhead. There are bedside tables with lamps and a window overlooking the woodland. There is a WC ensuite with washbasin and mirror.
The family bathroom offers a walk in shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit and mirror.
The twin bedroom comprises of twin beds, a wardrobe, bedside table and extra storage.
There is a gravel driveway which fits 2 cars alongside.
Enter Tree Tops via a gate to the enclosed outside area which boasts a picnic table, bistro table with 2 chairs alongside a wonderful elevated decking with 2 comfortable rattan chairs, side table and rattan padded bench. The decking can be accessed via the stairs, porch and through the patio doors leading out from the lounge area.
The plot is great for little explorers and dogs as it is fully enclosed.
Dogs 2 well behaved dogs are permitted.
The Village Square is just a 5 minute walk away.

WiFi is available at Tree Tops but please do keep in mind that the plot is in a woodland position and could therefore be intermittent depending on the weather and provider.

Surrounded by 300 acres of stunning woodland and heathland, it’s an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of the region.
For those drawn to the coast, Weybourne Beach is just a short walk away, located along the scenic 84-mile Norfolk Coastal Path stretching from Hunstanton to Hopton-on-Sea. If you’re in the mood for sandy beaches and classic seaside treats, Sheringham is only a 10-minute drive, while the expansive sands of Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham Beach are around 25 minutes away. Blakeney is another wonderful nearby destination, perfect for coastal walks, paddle boarding, kayaking, and watching unforgettable sunsets.
